Win-Partners expands Hokkaido presence with Plusten Medical acquisition

WIN-Partners Co., Ltd. announced that its consolidated subsidiary, WIN International Co., Ltd., will acquire all shares of Plusten Medical Co., Ltd. Plusten Medical operates a medical equipment sales business primarily in the Hakodate area of Hokkaido. This acquisition complements WIN International's existing operations in Hokkaido. The deal aims to strengthen the customer base and expand business in the region.

The acquisition involves WIN International purchasing 200 ordinary shares, representing 100% of Plusten Medical's voting rights. The acquisition price remains confidential. Plusten Medical, established on February 25, 1991, reported net assets of JPY 1,004,749 thousand, total assets of JPY 1,551,796 thousand, and sales of JPY 3,830,464 thousand for the fiscal year ending August 2025.

WIN-Partners anticipates that this acquisition will be reflected in its consolidated results from the fourth quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026. The company expects a minimal impact on consolidated results but believes it will enhance corporate value in the medium to long term, aligning with its strategy of business expansion through M&A.
