United Arrows postpones Coen share transfer agreement

United Arrows Ltd. has postponed the scheduled dates for the execution of the share transfer agreement and the completion of the share transfer for its consolidated subsidiary, Coen Co., Ltd., to Gyet Co., Ltd.

Originally, the share transfer agreement was set for December 25, 2025, with completion on January 31, 2026. These dates have now been deferred as discussions with Gyet Co., Ltd. require additional time to finalize terms.

The company stated that the revised schedule for both the agreement execution and the share transfer completion will be announced promptly once determined. This share transfer will result in Coen Co., Ltd. being excluded from United Arrows' consolidated subsidiaries.

United Arrows Ltd. is currently assessing the impact of this share transfer on its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2026. Any material information requiring disclosure will be timely communicated.
