Mitsui O.S.K. Lines amends sub-subsidiary details, investment timeline

Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. announced a partial amendment to its October 31, 2025, notice concerning changes in its sub-subsidiaries: Apostle JV LP, Apostle Unit Trust, and Apostle Property LP. The changes, effective immediately, include revised addresses and establishment dates for these entities. Apostle JV LP and Apostle Property LP will now be located at 30 Golden Square, London, W1F 9LD, with their establishment dates updated to November 3, 2025, and November 20, 2025, respectively.

Apostle Unit Trust's location has been changed to 1 IFC, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3BX, and its establishment date is now November 17, 2025. Additionally, the representatives for Apostle Unit Trust have been updated to include Oakbridge Corporate Directors 1 Limited as a director for both Apostle Trustee 1 Limited and Apostle Trustee 2 Limited.

The investment execution date for these sub-subsidiaries, previously planned for late-November 2025, has been postponed to early-January 2026. These revisions are a result of changes that occurred after the initial announcement was published.
