CTI Engineering announces leadership changes effective March 2026

CTI Engineering Co., Ltd. announced a resolution by its board of directors on December 23, 2025, to change its representative directors, effective March 27, 2026. This decision, aimed at promoting sustainable growth and increasing company value, will see Naoto Suzuki promoted to representative director, senior managing executive officer. He replaces Tetsumi Nakamura, who will transition from representative director, chairman to director, chairman. The changes are subject to formal resolution at an extraordinary board of directors meeting following the 63rd general meeting of shareholders.

Naoto Suzuki, born November 22, 1961, joined CTI Engineering in May 1991. His career progressed through various leadership positions, including executive officer in March 2017, director and chief of administration headquarters in March 2020, and managing executive officer in March 2022. He currently serves as senior managing executive officer and chief of planning & business development headquarters, holding 17,638 shares in the company.

These leadership adjustments are slated to take effect following the general meeting of shareholders on March 27, 2026, where the election of directors will formally pave the way for these executive transitions.
