Aucnet to cancel 1.5m treasury shares, reducing outstanding stock

Aucnet Inc. disclosed today its decision to cancel 1,500,000 shares of its common stock, representing 3.03% of the total issued and outstanding shares prior to the cancellation. This move, resolved at a board of directors meeting held on December 23, 2025, aligns with Article 178 of the Companies Act. The scheduled cancellation date for these treasury shares is December 30, 2025.

Following the cancellation, Aucnet's total number of issued and outstanding shares will decrease to 48,026,400 shares. The number of treasury shares held by the company will also be adjusted to 2,020,121 shares. This strategic action is anticipated to impact the company’s capital structure and potentially improve per-share metrics.
