Tomoe Corporation sells Tokyo property, forecasts significant gain

Tomoe Corporation announced on December 22, 2025, the sale of real estate held for sale. The property, located at 2-1 Nibanchō, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, is a building with land, featuring a site area of 684.82 square meters and a total floor area of 1,543.12 square meters. The structure is a four-story reinforced concrete building with a one-story penthouse.

The company anticipates a transfer gain of JPY 1,687 million from the sale, which represents over 30% of its consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2025. Due to a confidentiality agreement, details regarding the buyer and selling price will not be disclosed. There are no capital, human, or transactional relationships to report between Tomoe Corporation and the buyer.

The contract signing is scheduled for December 26, 2025, with settlement expected on February 27, 2026. Tomoe Corporation is currently assessing the impact of this transaction on its consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 and will promptly announce any necessary revisions or disclosures.
