Shofu amends shareholder benefits, adjusting shipping and product prices

Shofu Inc. has disclosed amendments to its shareholder benefits plan. The company will unify the shipping period for free company products to late June annually, aligning it with the shareholder benefits plan's handling period for preferential price sales. This change aims to streamline operations and enhance the program's quality.

Additionally, Shofu is adjusting the benefit price for "Hapica Ace [Medicated Liquid Toothpaste]" due to a product price revision. The preferential price for Hapica Ace will increase from JPY 2,640 to JPY 4,257, with the standard price changing from JPY 5,280 to JPY 7,656. The maximum purchase limit for this item remains at four boxes. Other products offered under the plan will retain their current preferential and standard pricing.

The revised plan, applicable to all shareholders recorded in the register as of March 31, 2026, also maintains the total value of free products at JPY 4,000 (excluding tax). The handling period for preferential price sales will commence from late June each year upon the mailing of application postcards and will conclude at the end of August.
