Mitsubishi Motors to receive special dividend from Thai subsidiary

Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) announced that its consolidated Thai subsidiary, Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd., decided to pay a special dividend of THB5,000 million. This will be recognized as non-operating income in MMC's non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.

MMC will record 24.3 billion yen from this dividend in its individual financial results. However, as this is a dividend from a consolidated subsidiary, it will not impact MMC's consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
