Mani Inc. announced on December 22, 2025, the acquisition of a 36.67% stake in iRIS EYE GmbH, a German ophthalmic medical device distributor. This transaction positions iRIS EYE as an equity-method affiliate, enhancing Mani Inc.'s sales capabilities for surgical products in Europe, particularly ophthalmic knives, and strengthening a partnership that spans over 20 years.

iRIS EYE GmbH, founded on January 8, 2020, and led by chief executive Iris Kppers, specializes in the sales and marketing of ophthalmic medical devices. With 19 employees and capital of €75,000, iRIS EYE has demonstrated consistent growth, with total assets increasing from €1.0m in 2022 to €2.3m in 2024, and net assets rising from €0.5m to €1.1m over the same period.

This strategic investment aligns with Mani Inc.'s medium-term management plan, announced on October 8, 2025, which targets Europe as a key region for global surgical business expansion. The collaboration with iRIS EYE aims to accelerate business growth through a reinforced capital and business alliance.
