LIXIL announces executive leadership changes for strategic execution

LIXIL Corporation announced changes to its representative executive officer and the appointment of a new executive officer, effective April 1, 2026. These changes, approved by its board of directors on December 22, 2025, aim to strengthen strategic execution in line with the company's transformation and executive officer transition plan.

Hwa Jin Song Montesano, currently director, representative executive officer, executive vice president, and chief people officer, will transition to director. Concurrently, Yugo Kanazawa, currently executive officer, executive vice president, and chief digital officer, will assume the role of representative executive officer, executive vice president, and chief operating officer. Following these changes, LIXIL's representative executive officers will be Kinya Seto and Yugo Kanazawa.

Additionally, Erin McCusker will join as an executive officer, executive vice president, and chief impact officer, effective April 1, 2026. McCusker previously served as senior vice president, leader, SATO and LIXIL Public Partners. Further details on the executive officer appointments, composition, and director candidates will be announced in March 2026.
