Komehyo Holdings completes iShopShops acquisition, expands into live commerce

Komehyo Holdings today announced the completion of its acquisition of iShopShops, Inc., officially making it a subsidiary. The acquisition was finalized on December 18, 2025 (December 17, 2025, Eastern Standard Time), following a basic agreement announced on November 25, 2025.

iShopShops, Inc., headquartered in New York City, USA, operates in the cross-border live commerce business. Hideo Takeo is president and director of the company, which was established on April 26, 2017, with a capital of $49,843,847.99.
