TKP expands shareholder benefits to two new Oita restaurants

TKP Corporation has announced an expansion of its shareholder benefit program, effective from December 3, 2025. This enhancement adds two new facilities where shareholder benefit tickets can be utilized: "Restaurant Takka" and "TKP Restaurant Takka Rooftop Bar."

Both new locations are situated within the APA Hotel Oita Ekimae in Oita City, Oita Prefecture. This expansion brings the total number of eligible facilities to 22.

The company stated that the objective of this enhancement is to further increase the investment appeal of its shares, building on feedback from shareholders. The program aims to deepen shareholder understanding and continued support by allowing them to experience TKP's facilities and services.

Shareholders registered as of February 29, 2025, will be able to use their previously issued shareholder benefit tickets at these newly added locations. "Restaurant Takka" offers dishes crafted from Oita's natural ingredients, while "TKP Restaurant Takka Rooftop Bar" provides an expansive view of Oita. Both establishments are closed on irregular holidays.
