Zigexn subsidiary Apple World to acquire Quantum Reservation for SGD 305,700

On December 17, 2025, Zigexn Co., Ltd. announced that its consolidated subsidiary, Apple World Inc., will acquire 100% of Quantum Reservation Pte. Ltd. for SGD 300,000, plus estimated advisory fees of SGD 5,700, totaling SGD 305,700. Quantum, based in Singapore, specializes in hotel wholesale business within Southeast Asia, holding direct hotel contracts and a travel agency customer base.

This acquisition aims to create sourcing synergies, reduce Apple World's procurement costs, and accelerate its global expansion by leveraging Quantum's regional presence for hotel and customer base development. The transaction marks Zigexn's first fully global merger and acquisition.

The acquisition schedule includes a Board of Directors' resolution and agreement conclusion on December 17, 2025, with the share transfer slated for December 30, 2025. While the impact on Zigexn's consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2026 is under review, the company anticipates continued gradual growth in overseas travel demand.
