Willplus subsidiary acquires Jeep Oita dealership, expands Kyushu footprint

Willplus Holdings Corporation announced its subsidiary resolved to acquire a portion of the Jeep authorized dealer business, "Jeep Oita," from Sanyo Automobile Co., Ltd., signing a business transfer agreement on December 17, 2025. This acquisition, scheduled for January 30, 2026, aims to strengthen Willplus Group's business development in Oita Prefecture and enhance its sales and service network across the Kyushu area.

The acquired business involves "Jeep Oita" fixed assets, current assets, and the transfer of employees. Sanyo Automobile Co., Ltd. reported sales of JPY 337 million for the fiscal year ending December 2024 for this operation. The total acquisition price is projected to be JPY 36 million, payable in cash.

This move marks Willplus Group's second business location in Oita Prefecture and will be its ninth Jeep brand dealership. The company aims to integrate Sanyo Automobile's established customer base and service network with its own expertise in imported car sales, after-sales service, and insurance to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
