Komaihaltec announces director resignation and executive changes

Komaihaltec announced the resignation of its senior managing director, Tsutomu Iizuka, effective December 31, 2025, due to health reasons. Following his resignation, Iizuka will transition to the role of managing executive officer, special assignment, effective January 1, 2026. This change will not affect the statutory number of directors.

In connection with these changes, the company also announced a revision of director entrusted duties and other executive officer personnel changes, effective January 1, 2026. Hiroshi Komai will maintain his role as director and executive officer, while expanding his responsibilities to include head of steel structure business and head of management division. His current roles as head of procurement department and head of affiliate companies will also continue, along with his position as chairman of the medium-term management plan promotion committee.

The company's board of directors approved these decisions on December 17, 2025. These adjustments reflect Komaihaltec's strategic response to personnel changes while ensuring continuity in key leadership positions.
