Infomart announces executive leadership changes, new president and CEO

Infomart Corporation announced today that its board of directors resolved to implement changes in executive personnel, effective January 1, 2026. This decision follows a prior announcement on September 19, 2025, regarding changes to the representative director and other executive directors, signaling a broader restructuring of the company’s leadership.

The key change involves Hajime Murakami, who will transition from director to vice president and director. This move is part of the new executive structure that will see Shin Kimura serving as president and CEO.

The updated executive structure from January 1, 2026, will include Hajime Murakami as vice president and director, alongside Osamu Nagao, Ken Nakajima, and Naotake Fujita as directors. The board will also comprise outside directors Kazutaka Kato, Terukazu Okahashi, Maki Kanekawa, and Sungil Lee, with Hitoshi Miyazawa as full-time auditor, and outside auditors Yoshio Takino and Yoshikazu Yabe.
