Cyberdyne secures UNIDO contract for Ukraine recovery project feasibility study

Cyberdyne Inc. (TSE:7779) signed a formal contract with UNIDO on December 16, 2025, after its proposal for the "Green Industrial Recovery Project for Ukraine" was adopted. Funded by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, this project focuses on green industrial recovery and innovation ecosystem building in Ukraine through technology transfer, capacity building, and business co-creation between Japanese and Ukrainian private sectors.

The project includes a one-year feasibility study, starting December 16, 2025, to establish "CYBERDYNE Innovation Bases" in Ukraine. This study will assess local patient needs, medical infrastructure, and market potential, examining the business feasibility of Cybernics Treatment using the Wearable Cyborg HAL®. The total consignment fee for this feasibility study is $397,782.36, with an additional $19,889.00 allocated for safety measures.

The consignment fee will be recognized as "Other Income" during the contract period, with the final amount determined after UNIDO's inspection. Cyberdyne anticipates recognizing the portion of the fee attributable to fiscal 2025 as revenue, with a minor impact on its consolidated business results.
