Smaregi hits ¥10 bn annual recurring revenue milestone

Smaregi announced its annual recurring revenue (ARR) surpassed ¥10 billion as of the end of November 2025. This achievement reflects a strong growth trajectory, building on a year-over-year increase of 42.1% in ARR reported in the FY2026 2Q financial results. The company attributes this growth to its role as an infrastructure for store DX, enhancing store management through data visualization, and expanding its use across a wide range of industries and business types.

The company's ARR has shown consistent growth, rising from ¥2.92 billion in FY2022 to ¥10.14 billion by November 2025. Smaregi's integrated store support SaaS, built on its cloud POS system, combines cashless payment services (PAYGATE), HR-related services (Smaregi Time Card), and EC-related services (Smaregi EC). These offerings provide comprehensive support for store operations, aiming to be the "category king" and "store OS" for its users.

Smaregi defines ARR as the annualized sum of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) from its eligible services, including POS-related, cashless payment, time card, and EC services, excluding initial fees and hardware sales. The company plans to continue driving ARR growth through cross-selling, product integration, and expanding its partner ecosystem.
