Nihon Parkerizing to receive 1.37bn THB dividend from Thai subsidiary

Nihon Parkerizing Co., Ltd. announced today its expectation to receive a dividend from its consolidated subsidiary, Thai Parkerizing Co., Ltd. This follows a resolution passed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders by the Thai subsidiary to distribute dividends from retained earnings.

The dividend amount is 1,372 million THB, with the resolution date confirmed as December 15, 2025. This event is being reported in accordance with Article 24-5-4 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and Article 19-2-12 of the Cabinet Office Ordinance on Disclosure of Corporate Affairs.

Nihon Parkerizing will record the receipt of this dividend as non-operating income in its non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026. However, as the dividend originates from a consolidated subsidiary, it will not impact the company's consolidated business results for the same fiscal year.
