Monogatari Corporation expands food and beverage business into Thailand

The Monogatari Corporation announced on December 15, 2025, that its board of directors resolved to establish a new subsidiary, Storytellers (Thailand) Co., Ltd., in Bangkok, Thailand. This strategic move aims to expand the company's food and beverage business within the Kingdom of Thailand.

The new subsidiary, with an anticipated establishment date of January 2026, will have Masamichi Okada, representative director and senior executive officer of The Monogatari Corporation, as its representative. Storytellers (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will focus on food and beverage operations with an initial capital of THB 4 million.

The ownership structure of Storytellers (Thailand) Co., Ltd. will see The Monogatari Corporation holding a 49% stake, with a local partner holding the remaining 51%. The Monogatari Corporation anticipates that the establishment of this subsidiary will have a minimal impact on its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending June 2026.
