Yokohama Reito corrects financial report, amends owner's equity

The amendment pertains to an error in the "Reference: Owner's equity" figure for the fiscal year 2025, which was inadvertently not updated when net assets were revised during year-end closing procedures.

The correction modifies the owner's equity figure for September 30, 2025, from the previously stated JPY 79,031 million to JPY 78,916 million. The owner's equity for September 30, 2024, remains unchanged at JPY 76,009 million. Other financial metrics, including total assets (JPY 201,842 million), net assets (JPY 78,916 million), capital adequacy ratio (39.1%), and net assets per share (JPY 1,337.69) for 2025, along with the 2024 figures, are unaffected by this specific correction.

The company stated that the corrected numerical data has been submitted, ensuring accuracy in its financial disclosures.
