Torishima Pump Mfg. to appoint CFO, announces leadership changes

Torishima Pump Mfg. Co., Ltd. announced its board of directors resolved to implement organizational restructuring and executive personnel changes, effective January 1, 2026. A key development is the establishment of a new chief financial officer (CFO) position.

As part of the executive reassignments, Yoshinori Hirusawa will transition from managing executive officer to senior managing executive officer, while Takuya Ono will be reassigned from executive officer to managing executive officer.

Additionally, James Timmers, currently the head of Torishima Global Administration Team, will be appointed as a new executive officer. His new role will include managing executive officer, CFO, and head of Torishima Global Administration Team. These changes reflect a strategic realignment of leadership within the company.
