Taisei announces external corporate auditor to resign

Taisei Corporation, a construction company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime and Nagoya Stock Exchange Premier markets, disclosed that one of its corporate auditors, Yoshimi Ogata, will resign from her position. Ms. Ogata, an external corporate auditor, will officially step down on December 15, 2025. The company stated that the reason for her resignation is "personal circumstances."

The announcement, dated December 10, 2025, was issued by Taisei Corporation's representative director and president, Yoshiro Aikawa. Enquiries regarding this matter can be directed to Hisatsugu Shimada, head of IR/SR Management Department.

Taisei Corporation confirmed that, even after Ms. Ogata's resignation, the company will continue to meet the required number of corporate auditors as stipulated by relevant laws and its articles of incorporation.
