Nitto Kohki addresses AI demand, revises profit target upwards

Nitto Kohki anticipates increased demand for liquid cooling solutions in AI data centers, noting active adoption of its COMPACT ZEROSPILL CUPLA for substrate cooling. The company is expanding variations in mounting configurations to meet this demand. Nitto Kohki has also seen widespread overseas adoption of its sliding door closers, with efforts to boost sales in this area.

Regarding its Medium-Term Management Plan 2026, Nitto Kohki has reached the halfway point. The revenue target for the current fiscal year (ending March 2026) has been revised downward to 27.3 billion yen, while the operating profit target has been raised to 1.5 billion yen.

The company acknowledges that the targets for the final year of the plan are ambitious and continues to discuss their feasibility at board of directors meetings. Specific measures will be announced when ready for disclosure.
