Arcs continues share repurchase program, buying 195,000 shares

Arcs Company, Limited announced on December 5, 2025, that it has acquired 195,000 common shares for a total of JPY 628,035,500. This repurchase activity, conducted via market transactions on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, took place between November 1 and November 30, 2025.

The ongoing share repurchase program, approved by the board of directors on October 14, 2025, authorizes the acquisition of up to 700,000 common shares, representing 1.30% of outstanding shares (excluding treasury shares), with a maximum expenditure of JPY 2,500 million. The program's window extends from October 15, 2025, to January 15, 2026.

As of November 30, 2025, Arcs has cumulatively repurchased 390,000 shares for a total of JPY 1,251,500,000 under this resolution.
