SMC Corporation completes share repurchase program

SMC Corporation has completed its share repurchase program, acquiring 7,700 common shares between December 1 and December 3, 2025, for a total of 428,478,000 yen. These shares were purchased on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The repurchase was based on a board of directors' resolution from May 14, 2025, which authorized the repurchase of up to 750,000 common shares or up to 30 billion yen. The period for these repurchases was initially set from May 19, 2025, to March 24, 2026.

Cumulatively, as of December 3, 2025, SMC Corporation repurchased a total of 594,400 shares for 29,996,419,000 yen under the board's resolution.
