United Arrows’ November sales jump on holiday boost, colder weather

United Arrows Ltd. saw a 20.0% year-over-year increase in total company sales for November 2025, with existing store retail and online sales also rising by 13.7%. This growth was attributed to lower temperatures compared to the previous year, boosting sales of winter apparel such as jackets, pants, knitwear, outerwear, and scarves. The company also benefited from two additional holidays in November, contributing an estimated 3.5 percentage points to the year-over-year sales performance for existing stores.

The strong performance extended to purchasing customers and average spending. Retail and online purchasing customers increased by 7.6% year-over-year, while the average spending per customer rose by 8.1%. Both customer traffic and average transaction values surpassed previous year levels. However, COEN CO., LTD. saw its total sales decrease by 5.5% year-over-year.

Preliminary figures do not account for changes in revenue recognition standards, which will be reflected in final reports and are expected to lower figures by a few points. For October 2025, the final confirmed report showed a 2.4 percentage point decrease in company-wide sales and a 2.2 percentage point decrease in same-store sales for retail and online, compared to preliminary figures.
