Sun Frontier Fudousan chairman's firm acquires significant stake

K.K. Hoon, an asset management company owned by Sun Frontier Fudousan's representative director and chairman, Tomoaki Horiguchi, and his relatives, has acquired 2,471,100 shares of Sun Frontier Fudousan. This transaction, executed on December 2, 2025, represents a 5.08% stake in the company's total voting rights.

The acquisition is classified as a "collection activity specified by cabinet order as an act equivalent to a tender offer" under Article 167, Paragraph 1 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act. The percentage of voting rights was calculated based on 486,319 voting rights as of September 30, 2025.

Sun Frontier Fudousan, through its representative director and president Seiichi Saito, and K.K. Hoon, through its representative director Tomoaki Horiguchi, both issued separate announcements regarding this transaction.
