ABC-MART announces leadership transition, Noguchi to chairman, Hattori named president

On December 1, 2025, ABC-MART announced a change in its representative directors, effective March 1, 2026. Current president and representative director, Minoru Noguchi, will assume the role of chairman and representative director. Kiichiro Hattori, currently managing director and sales department manager, will be promoted to president and representative director.

This leadership restructuring aims to strengthen the management team, accelerate overseas business development, and ensure a smooth succession for sustained growth. Hattori, born August 13, 1974, joined ABC-MART in December 1999 and has held key positions, including president of LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. and director of the sales department. He holds 600 shares in the company.
