Shikoku Chemicals announces leadership changes across group companies

Shikoku Chemicals Holdings Corporation has announced internal resolutions regarding personnel changes for directors across the company and its subsidiaries, effective January 1, 2026, and March 26, 2026. These changes, primarily involving subsidiary companies Shikoku Chemicals Industry Co., Ltd., Shikoku Chemicals Building Materials Co., Ltd., and Shikoku Chemicals Corporate Services Co., Ltd., will be formally decided at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 26, 2026, and subsequent board of directors meetings.

At Shikoku Chemicals Industry Co., Ltd., Yuji Koyama will assume the role of executive officer, business planning, effective January 1, 2026. He will concurrently serve as head of business planning office and chief member of the company's management planning office. For Shikoku Chemicals Building Materials Co., Ltd., Nobunori Manabe will become representative director and president, with Jun Endo appointed as director, additionally serving as representative director and president of Shikoku Keizai Kanto Co., Ltd. Hirotaka Minamida will be director and executive officer, head of business division, and Kazushi Ohi will take on the role of executive officer, deputy head of business division.

In Shikoku Chemicals Corporate Services Co., Ltd., Yoshihisa Tabusa will become director and executive officer, head of group governance, effective January 1, 2026. He will also serve as head of the company's board of directors office. On March 26, 2026, Shinji Seki of Shikoku Chemicals Industry Co., Ltd. will retire from his position as executive officer, though he will continue as director and factory manager of Shikoku Ryutan Co., Ltd.
