The selling price was determined based on a reference price of JPY2,305 as of Wednesday, November 26, 2025, applying a discount rate of 3.04%. The green shoe option exercise period extends from Wednesday, December 3, 2025, to Friday, December 26, 2025, with the syndicate covering transaction period from Saturday, November 29, 2025, to Friday, December 26, 2025.
