Oji Holdings to receive JPY 89.8 bn in dividends from subsidiaries

Oji Holdings Corporation announced on November 26, 2025, it will receive dividends from its consolidated subsidiaries, Oji Materia Co., Ltd. and Oji Imaging Media Co., Ltd. Oji Materia Co., Ltd. will distribute JPY 74.7 billion, scheduled for receipt on November 27, 2025. Oji Imaging Media Co., Ltd. will provide JPY 15.1 billion, to be received on November 26, 2025.

These dividend receipts, totaling JPY 89.8 billion, will be recorded as operating revenue in Oji Holdings Corporation's non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 2026. This disclosure is made in compliance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and relevant Cabinet Office Ordinances.

Despite their significant impact on the non-consolidated results, Oji Holdings Corporation clarified that these dividends from consolidated subsidiaries will not affect the company's consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 2026.
