Gremz achieves record 1H net sales and operating profit

Gremz, Inc. announced record-high financial results for the first half of fiscal year 03/2026, with net sales increasing 3.9% year-on-year to 17,425 million yen. Operating profit surged 8.1% year-on-year to 3,647 million yen, also marking a new record high for the period. The Energy Solutions (ES) Business saw net sales rise by 632 million yen (+8.8% YoY), primarily due to a 984 million yen (+22.1% YoY) increase in photovoltaic systems for business use. The Electricity Retailing (ER) Business also contributed to the overall growth.

For the full fiscal year 03/2026, Gremz projects net sales of 35,816 million yen, a 7.4% increase year-on-year, and operating profit of 7,150 million yen, up 10.0% year-on-year, expecting new record highs. The company plans an annual dividend of 85 yen per share, marking the 10th consecutive period of increases.

To enhance efficiency, Gremz will integrate its Energy Cost Solutions (ECS) and Smart House Project (SHP) Businesses into the renamed Energy Solutions (ES) Business starting FY03/2026. Furthermore, Gremz is progressing with the construction of high-voltage power storage stations at six locations across Japan, with contributions to performance expected from FY03/2027.
