Dear Life Co., Ltd. has acquired a significant land parcel in Shichirigahama, Kamakura, Kanagawa, for future residential development. The property, measuring 325.28 square meters, is strategically located a three-minute walk from Kamakura-kōkō-mae Station on the Enoshima Electric Railway Line. This location offers direct access to the tourist destinations of Kamakura and Enoshima, known for their scenic coastal views and historic charm.

The company plans to leverage the site's high rarity and appeal in the Shonan region to develop residences and detached houses. Funding for the acquisition will be a combination of internal capital and borrowings from financial institutions. The seller and transaction price remain confidential due to a non-disclosure agreement.
