Prior to the change, as of September 30, 2025, Nissho Kosan held 127,593,280 shares, representing 10.40% of the total voting rights, making it Idemitsu Kosan's top shareholder. Following the change, Nissho Kosan's holdings decreased to 109,520,390 shares, reducing its stake to 8.92% and shifting its position to the second-largest shareholder.
