Shimano to receive SG$419m dividend from Singapore subsidiary

Shimano Inc. (TSE:7309) is set to receive a dividend of SG$419,801 thousand from its consolidated subsidiary, Shimano (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. The payment is expected on November 21, 2025. This dividend income will be recognized as non-operating income in Shimano Inc.'s non-consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

The announcement was made by Taizo Shimano, president, with Takuma Kanai, senior executive officer, serving as the contact for inquiries. Despite the substantial dividend impacting the non-consolidated financial statements, Shimano confirmed there will be no impact on its consolidated performance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, as this is an inter-company dividend from a consolidated subsidiary.
