Yasuda Logistics announces passing of independent outside director

Yasuda Logistics Corporation (TSE:9324) announced on November 18, 2025, the passing of its independent outside director, Haruko Shudo, on November 9, 2025. Consequently, Ms. Shudo resigned from her position as director on the same day. The company expressed gratitude for her contributions during her lifetime.
