SRS Holdings names Chika Tamaru to new digital transformation leadership role

SRS Holdings Co., Ltd. announced a key personnel change for its executive officer, Chika Tamaru, effective November 18, 2025. The decision was made during a board of directors' meeting held on the same date.

Chika Tamaru, currently an executive officer and head of SRS Group digital transformation development division, will take on expanded responsibilities. The new role will see Tamaru continue as an executive officer and head of SRS Group digital transformation development division, while also assuming directorships at two subsidiaries: Sato Foodservice Co., Ltd. and Foodsnet Corporation.

The appointments for the subsidiary directorships are pending formal resolution at upcoming extraordinary shareholders' meetings and board of directors' meetings for the respective subsidiaries. This strategic move aims to strengthen the group's digital transformation initiatives across its key entities.
