GMO Internet to receive JPY 4.488 bn dividend from subsidiary

GMO Internet Group, Inc. is set to receive a dividend of JPY 4,488 million from its consolidated subsidiary, GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. The payment is scheduled for December 16, 2025. This dividend from surplus will be recorded as dividend income in GMO Internet Group’s non-consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.

The receipt of this dividend is expected to impact GMO Internet Group’s individual financial statements by being registered as net sales. However, as the dividend originates from a consolidated subsidiary, it will not affect the company’s overall consolidated business performance or financial results.
