AIRMAN reports record net sales, increased profit in first half

AIRMAN CORPORATION announced consolidated financial results for the six months ended September 30, 2025, reporting record-high net sales of 27,866 million yen, a 2.6% increase year-on-year. Operating profit decreased by 3.2% to 3,452 million yen, impacted by a higher overseas sales ratio and increased selling, general, and administrative expenses. However, ordinary profit rose by 7.5% to 3,661 million yen, and profit attributable to owners of parent increased by 8.5% to 2,562 million yen, benefiting from foreign exchange gains.

Total assets grew by 1,039 million yen to 65,244 million yen, with net assets increasing by 1,833 million yen to 42,874 million yen. The equity ratio improved by 1.7 percentage points to 65.4%. The company confirmed its full-year earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, anticipating net sales of 55,000 million yen and profit attributable to owners of parent of 4,870 million yen.

The company plans an interim dividend of 20 yen per share and a year-end dividend of 60 yen per share, totaling 60 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, consistent with its profit distribution policy.
