Daito Trust Construction invests in Dubai real estate development

Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. resolved on July 18, 2025, to invest in KME PROP REAL ESTATE L.L.C (KME) for real estate development in Dubai. The investment was made in August 2025, in partnership with KME INVESTMENT & MANAGEMENT L.L.C, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kasumigaseki Capital Co., Ltd. Following this investment, KME's capital surpassed 10% of Daito Trust Construction's capital, thus classifying KME as a specified subsidiary.

KME PROP REAL ESTATE L.L.C was established on June 12, 2025, with a capital of 115,820 thousand Dirhams. Daito Trust Construction Co., Ltd. holds a 95% stake in KME, amounting to 110,029 thousand Dirhams, with KME INVESTMENT & MANAGEMENT L.L.C holding the remaining 5%. The company states that the impact of this matter on its consolidated results for the current fiscal year is minimal.
