Air Water gets extension for semi-annual securities report filing

Air Water Inc. announced on November 14, 2025, that it has received approval from the Kanto Local Finance Bureau to extend the filing deadline for its semi-annual securities report. The company had applied for this extension on November 13, 2025.

The original deadline for the submission of the 26th Fiscal Period (ending March 31, 2026) Semi-Annual Securities Report, covering April 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, was November 14, 2025.

With the approval, the new extended filing deadline for the semi-annual securities report is now set for February 13, 2026. Air Water Inc. confirmed its commitment to promptly preparing the report and submitting it by this new deadline, following an interim review by its accounting auditor. The company also plans to publish the summary of financial results for the second quarter (interim period) of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, by the same extended deadline.

The company, represented by chairman and representative director Kikuo Toyoda, expressed apologies to shareholders, investors, and all other stakeholders for any inconvenience and concern caused by this delay.
