Vision boosts dividend, launches employee stock trust on anniversary

Vision, on November 13, 2025, announced a revised year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025. The company will pay a commemorative dividend of JPY 5.00 per share, in addition to the ordinary dividend of JPY 25.00, resulting in a total year-end dividend of JPY 30.00 per share. This adjustment brings the total annual dividend forecast to JPY 50.00, an increase from the previously projected JPY 45.00. This marks Vision's 30th anniversary since its founding in June 1995 and its 10th anniversary since listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market in December 2015.

The company also announced the introduction of a "Stock Benefit Trust (Employee Stock Ownership Plan Disposal Type)" and the disposition of treasury shares through a third-party allotment. The trust aims to enhance employee welfare and corporate value by supplying Vision shares to the employee stock ownership association and distributing profits from asset management to employees. Vision will allot 1,188,900 shares of common stock at JPY 1,212 per share, totaling JPY 1,440,946,800, to Mizuho Trust Bank Ltd. (as trustee) for the trust. This represents 2.33% of the total outstanding shares as of September 30, 2025.

Vision's financial performance for the nine months ended September 30, 2025, shows strong growth with net sales of JPY 28,913,288 thousand (up 10.7% year-over-year), operating profit of JPY 4,748,655 thousand (up 10.0%), and ordinary profit of JPY 4,752,066 thousand (up 8.7%). Net income attributable to owners of the parent company increased by 10.8% to JPY 3,178,047 thousand. The company maintains its full-year earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, with projected net sales of JPY 40,002 million and ordinary profit of JPY 6,445 million.
