Qol Holdings reports Will Field Capital increases major shareholding

Qol Holdings announced a change in its major shareholders as of November 13, 2025. This change follows an amended Large Shareholding Report submitted to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau on November 10, 2025, by Will Field Capital Pte. Ltd. and its joint holders.

Will Field Capital Pte. Ltd., a Singaporean asset management company led by chief executive Fumio Shino, increased its voting rights in Qol Holdings from 3,557,100 shares as of October 14, 2025, to 3,971,300 shares as of November 5, 2025.

This change increased Will Field Capital's ownership ratio from 9.48% to 10.58% of the total voting rights. Qol Holdings noted it could not confirm the actual number of shares held under the legal entity's name and stated there are no specific matters to report regarding future outlook based on this amendment.
