Airman Corporation reports rise in profit and sales for six months

Airman Corporation reported a 2.6% increase in net sales to 27,866 million yen for the six months ended September 30, 2025, up from 27,166 million yen in the prior year. Profit attributable to owners of parent also saw an 8.5% rise, reaching 2,562 million yen compared to 2,360 million yen in the same period last year. Operating profit, however, experienced a slight decline of 3.2% to 3,452 million yen. Basic earnings per share improved to 93.22 yen from 84.96 yen.

The company's total assets stood at 65,244 million yen as of September 30, 2025, with net assets at 42,874 million yen, resulting in an equity-to-asset ratio of 65.4%. Net assets per share increased to 1,558.49 yen from 1,486.10 yen at March 31, 2025.

For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, Airman Corporation forecasts net sales of 55,000 million yen, a 1.2% increase year-on-year, with profit attributable to owners of parent projected at 4,870 million yen, up 2.2%. Basic earnings per share are anticipated to be 177.09 yen. The company also announced a forecasted annual dividend of 60.00 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
