En-Japan details latest treasury share acquisition progress

En-Japan Inc. disclosed its latest treasury share acquisition status, reporting the purchase of 527,200 common shares for JPY 837,502,000 between October 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025. These shares were acquired through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

This acquisition falls under a resolution by written resolution of the board of directors dated May 14, 2025. The resolution authorized the repurchase of up to 7,800,000 common shares, representing 19.1% of total issued shares excluding treasury stock, with an aggregate price limit of JPY 5,000 million. The buyback period extends from May 16, 2025, to April 30, 2026.
