Rakuten Securities reports stronger nine-month and six-month results

For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, Rakuten Securities, Inc. reported operating revenue of 112,338 million yen, an increase from 97,822 million yen in the same period of 2024. Net operating revenue also rose to 104,362 million yen from 93,115 million yen year-over-year. Operating income climbed to 29,519 million yen, up from 24,620 million yen, and ordinary income reached 29,331 million yen compared to 24,394 million yen. Net income for the nine months increased to 14,357 million yen from 13,454 million yen in the prior year.

The company also provided reference information for the six months ended September 30, 2025, showing continued growth. Operating revenue for this period was 77,328 million yen, surpassing 66,644 million yen for the same period in 2024. Net operating revenue improved to 72,140 million yen from 63,123 million yen. Operating income grew to 21,920 million yen (from 17,628 million yen), while ordinary income reached 21,880 million yen (from 17,469 million yen). Net income for the six months ended September 30, 2025, was 10,649 million yen, an increase from 8,601 million yen in the previous year.
