Nagase Brothers revises dividend forecast, plans 50th anniversary payout

Nagase Brothers, Inc. announced on October 27, 2025, a revision to its dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026. The company will celebrate its 50th anniversary in May 2026 and, in appreciation of shareholder support, plans to issue a commemorative dividend of JPY50.00 per share. This will bring the total year-end dividend for March 2026 to JPY150.00 per share, comprising an ordinary dividend of JPY100.00 and the special commemorative dividend.

This revised forecast significantly increases the previously announced year-end dividend of JPY100.00. Despite this change in dividend, the company's consolidated earnings forecast for the full fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, remains unchanged. This dividend proposal is subject to approval at the 51st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, scheduled for late June 2026.
