Quantum solutions subsidiary boosts Ethereum holdings to over 4,300 ETH

Quantum Solutions announced on October 24, 2025, that its consolidated subsidiary, GPT Pals Studio Limited ("GPT"), acquired an additional 500.43 ETH on October 23, 2025. This latest acquisition, valued at $1,925,500, brings GPT's total Ethereum holdings to 4,366.27 ETH. The total acquisition cost for these holdings is $17,779,820, with an average acquisition price of $4,072.09 per ETH.

GPT funded this acquisition through external borrowings and capital raised by Quantum Solutions via its 13th and 14th series of share options and the 4th series of unsecured convertible bond-type share options. The company stated this strategic move aligns with its objective to expand its digital asset portfolio, primarily focusing on Ethereum, to enhance long-term corporate value.

While the current acquisition's impact on consolidated earnings for the fiscal year ending February 2026 is expected to be minor, Quantum Solutions committed to prompt disclosure if any significant changes occur.
