Eole acquires more bitcoin for its Neo Crypto Bank initiative

Between October 16 and October 24, 2025, Eole acquired approximately 109,762,202 yen worth of bitcoin. This latest acquisition adds approximately 6.601362 BTC to its holdings, purchased at an average price of 16,627,206 yen per BTC. This move is a direct result of progress in exercising its 14th series of stock acquisition rights, forming part of the initial treasury operations for its "Neo Crypto Bank" initiative.

The company's total cumulative bitcoin holdings now stand at approximately 31.050014 BTC, with a cumulative average acquisition price of 17,737,887 yen per BTC. Eole aims to acquire 12 bn to 16 bn yen worth of bitcoin within 2025, contingent on BTC price movements and stock acquisition right exercise trends.

The acquired bitcoin will be promptly allocated to lending-centric operations. Eole anticipates commencing disclosures on the progress of this business in the third quarter of 2025, emphasizing its commitment to enhancing corporate value through a next-generation financial platform leveraging crypto assets.
